This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents will terminate the permission or license granted by Siumstream. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

6. User-Generated Content

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity. Siumstream is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Siumstream’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either you or Siumstream. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Siumstream may terminate these Terms of Service or suspend your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that Siumstream believes violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the services, Siumstream, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination of these Terms of Service, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Any termination of these Terms of Service shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to such termination.
